- Rents are fully inclusive of all bills, there are no additional signing up fees, tenancy arrangement fees, financial search fees in fact all you pay for is the RENT and a deposit. If you are signing up for a room we will ask for the first month’s rent in advance plus a refundable deposit, and if you are renting a studio we will ask for the deposit to be one month’s rent.

- We are fully accredited landlords our properties exceed all the necessary Environmental Health standards. We have outside contractors who independently test and maintain all gas appliances, fire alarms and fire extinguishers as is the law.
- Over 90% of our properties now have Broadband, so we are able to offer high speed internet access at 750 kb/sec delivered wireless or by Ethernet cable (where provided) to your individual room. There is no 12 month contract to sign, just a one-off set-up fee of £40 and a monthly fee of £20.
