- Rents are fully inclusive of all bills, there are no additional signing up fees, tenancy arrangement fees, financial search fees – in fact all you pay for is the RENT and a deposit. If you are signing up for a room we will ask for the first month’s rent in advance plus a refundable deposit, and if you are renting a studio we will ask for the deposit to be one month’s rent.

- We are fully accredited landlords – our properties exceed all the necessary Environmental Health standards. We have outside contractors who independently test and maintain all gas appliances, fire alarms and fire extinguishers – as is the law.
- Over 90% of our properties now have Broadband, so we are able to offer high speed internet access at 750 kb/sec delivered wireless or by Ethernet cable (where provided) to your individual room. There is no 12 month contract to sign, just a one-off set-up fee of £40 and a monthly fee of £20.
