Renting one of our many ensuite rooms is very similar to renting one of our rooms in a shared house.
You still get all the benefits of sharing with the communcal lounges, kitchens and other facilities but you get
the additional benefit of having your own bathroom / shower room.

Ensuite room facilities
You share the communal areas such as the lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms with the other house mates (residents) and you have your own exclusive accommodation in your bedroom.

The shared lounge areas contains Free Cable TV (MTV, Sky movies, Sky sports, Discovery or the BBC).

All our properties have full central heating systems with the very latest energy efficient combination boilers, giving you hot water 24 hours a day… no cold showers at our properties.
