Rental Prices & Method of Payments

Please be aware that all our prices include the following services:-
 
We pay:

• Electricity
• Gas
• Water rates
• Council tax
• Buildings Insurance
• Landlord’s contents insurance (please note that you must arrange for your own tenant’s insurance)
• NTL cable TV in communal areas
• Full maintenance and building works (for Landlord responsibilities)
• Corgi and fire regulation regular inspections.

All rents are monthly
 
Rooms in Shared houses:
£300 - £400
Rooms in shared house with ensuite bathroom facilities from:
£350
Self-contained studios from:
£400 - £550
One bedrooms self-contained flats from:
£500
 
To move in we charge the first month’s rent in advanve and a months rent as a deposit.

 
Parking facilities
Parking is available at all of our houses, some have secure garage lock-up facilities which are available from just £40 per month.
 
Broadband Internet
Broadband in your own room is available at £20 per month with an initial setup charge of £40 if you require the wireless connection.
 
Cable TV
Cable TV with 30 additional channels is available at £20 per month, where available, however you can opt for the GOLD package and save £120 per year or £10 per month, by paying just £30 per month for both the broadband and Cable TV option together. Where available.

Methods of payment
Initial payment by all major credit debit and credit cards (subject to 4% admin fee), cash, cheque. Future payments must be by standing order, that our staff will be happy yo setup for you.
