However things that you don’t consider at first as important are the real reason that I continue to rent from them. The only time in the last 11 months that I have had to call Swindonrooms to sort out a problem with the central heating, my phone call was returned immediately and I was informed that subject to ordering parts the problem would be fixed within 24 hours and they apologised for any inconvenience caused.
